Order them, try them on at home with your own shoes and tops, and if they aren't what you pictured, request a return within 14 days of delivery. Unworn with tags attached — we don't ask for a reason.
If the fault is ours, we pay
Manufacturing defect, wrong size sent, or a different item than you ordered — we cover the return shipping and replace it or refund you in full. You don't have to negotiate it.

How long does delivery take?
Between 7 and 15 calendar days from the time your order is confirmed. We email you a tracking number as soon as your package ships so you can follow it online.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free shipping anywhere in the United States, no minimum order and no surprise charges at checkout. Import duties are already covered — you won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Are they see-through?
No. The weave is opaque with enough body that underwear doesn't show, including in the lighter colors like apricot and khaki.
Which size do I take if I'm between two?
The smaller one. The drawstring takes in several inches at the waist, so a slightly snug size adapts better than a loose one. If you're unsure, email us your measurements and we'll recommend.
How long are they? Will I need to hem them?
They're cut full length — 40 to 41.5 inches of inseam-to-floor depending on size, designed to fall to the floor with a low heel. If you're 5'4" or under you'll probably want them shortened. Tell us your height when you email about sizing and we'll let you know.
Do they have real pockets?
Yes — front and back, with deep enough bags to hold a phone. Not the decorative kind that are sewn shut.
Can I wear them to work?
That's where they're happiest. The pressed front seam and high rise read as tailored, so in black, gray or brown they sit comfortably in a business-casual office. The apricot and khaki lean more weekend.
What if they don't fit?
You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or return, with the item unworn and tags attached. If the error was ours, we cover return shipping.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Skip the dryer so the fabric keeps its drape and the pressed front seam stays sharp.
