In these terms, "we," "us," "our" and "Camila Chic" refer to Almavera Digital LLC. "You" refers to the person using the site or placing an order.

By using this site you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape data by automated means, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform. We may suspend access for any user who violates these conditions.

We work to make product descriptions, measurements, materials and images as accurate as possible. However, color reproduction may vary depending on the screen you view them on.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the tax rules of your state and locality. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your purchase is the one in effect when you place your order.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you and you may choose a replacement or a full refund.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of an obvious pricing or description error, unavailability, reasonable suspicion of fraud, or inability to deliver to the address provided. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will refund the full amount.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment method is charged when the order is placed.

Payments are processed by third-party providers certified under the PCI DSS standard. Camila Chic does not store complete card data. Full details are set out in our Payment Policy.

Shipping is free throughout the United States, with no minimum order. The estimated delivery window is 7 to 15 calendar days from confirmation of payment.

We work with vetted production partners who ship orders directly to customers; some shipments originate outside the United States. Delivery estimates are made in good faith and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing, weather and carrier delays. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return, under the conditions described in our Refund and Return Policy.

This is a voluntary policy we offer in addition to any rights you may have under applicable federal or state law. It does not limit those rights.

All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos, graphics and the Camila Chic name and marks, is owned by Almavera Digital LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution or modification for commercial purposes without our prior written permission is prohibited.

If you post reviews, comments or images on our site or social channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional purposes, respecting your identity and without transferring it to third parties for unrelated uses.

We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the website itself.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almavera Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or for temporary service interruptions due to technical causes or events beyond our control. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first at support@camilachic.com so we can try to resolve it directly. Most issues are settled this way within a few days.

If we cannot resolve it informally, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a qualifying claim in small claims court, or from reporting a concern to a consumer protection authority such as the Federal Trade Commission or your state attorney general.

We may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in effect is always the one published on this page, with its update date. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already confirmed.
