What colors are available?
Black, royal blue, white, denim, rose red and yellow. Pick your color and size on the product page.
Is the waistband see-through?
Yes, and that's the design — the crossed bands have open cut-outs between them. It's the detail that makes these pants what they are, so if you'd prefer a fully closed waistband, this isn't the pair for you.
Does the waistband show skin?
A little, through the openings between the crossed bands at the sides and back. It reads as a design detail rather than a cut-out top — most people wear them with a tucked or cropped top so the waist is visible.
Which size should I order?
Email your waist and hip measurements in inches to support@camilachic.com and we'll recommend the size that fits you best. Because the waist is structured rather than elastic, we'd rather check than have you guess.
How long are they?
They're cut as a full-length palazzo, designed to fall to the floor with a low heel. If you're 5'4" or under you may want a short hem — tell us your height when you email about sizing and we'll let you know.
Can I dress them up?
That's what they're built for. A tee and sneakers keeps them casual; a satin or fitted top with heels takes them straight to dinner, a wedding or an event.
Do the colors match the photos?
Very closely, though every screen renders tones a little differently — the royal blue in particular can read deeper in person. If color is the deciding factor for you, email us and we'll describe it before you order.
How long does delivery take?
Between 7 and 15 calendar days from the time your order is confirmed. We email you a tracking number as soon as your package ships so you can follow it online.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free shipping anywhere in the United States, no minimum order and no surprise charges at checkout. Import duties are already covered — you won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.
What if they don't fit?
You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or return, with the item unworn and tags attached. If the error was ours, we cover return shipping.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Skip the dryer and fabric softener, and wash the strong colors like rose red and royal blue separately the first few times.
