State privacy laws

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have specific rights under those statutes, including the rights listed above. We honor verifiable requests from residents of any U.S. state, regardless of whether that state has enacted such a law.

California residents may also request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared. Those categories are set out in sections 02, 03 and 04 of this policy.

08

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies so the site works properly and so we can understand how it is used.

  • Necessary cookies: maintain your session and cart contents. The store does not function without them.
  • Performance cookies: tell us which pages are visited and where navigation problems occur.
  • Marketing cookies: let us measure campaign effectiveness. These are enabled only with your consent where required.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent you from completing a purchase. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where applicable law requires it.

09

Marketing emails

We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act.

Transactional messages about an order you placed — confirmations, shipping notices, support replies — are not marketing and are sent regardless of your marketing preferences.

10

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your information: TLS encryption on all connections, restricted staff access, PCI DSS certified payment providers, and periodic review of our systems.

No system is perfect. If a security breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable state law.

11

Children

Our store is intended for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If we learn that we have received information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.

12

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or applicable law change. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will notify you by email.
